The Fellowship gives an aspiring theater major experience in his or her first, professional production. Part of the Fellowship includes interning with all aspects of the production to further the education in professional theater. Established by the Festival, with input from Dr. Crawford’s family, the Fellowship honors four things the late director held most dearly: Shakespeare, acting, education and the support of young, theatrical artists.
