Auditions for Shakespeare by the Sea XXXIV in Jupiter and Shakespeare by the Palms IV in Royal Palm Beach production of KING LEAR take place May 7 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at The Benjamin Upper School Theater located at 4875 Grandiflora Drive in Palm Beach Gardens.
Interested actors are asked to bring a headshot and resume and a prepared 1 or 2-minute Shakespearean monologue. Rehearsals begin June 16 and run each evening from 7 – 10 p.m. This is a non-Equity production, with stipend payment only.
This year’s Shakespeare by the Sea XXXIV production runs in Carlin Park, Jupiter on July 11 – 14 and 18 – 21, followed by an encore production during Shakespeare by the Palms IV in Royal Palm Beach Commons Park on July 25 – 28. All performances start at 8 p.m.
PBSF welcomes performers of all identities, ethnicities, and cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

- First-come, first-seen basis for auditions.
Actors MUST have their own reliable transportation (although carpooling is encouraged).
This is a NON-EQUITY production, with actors receiving stipends. Housing is not provided.
